The gentleman i spoke to and who processed my order was extremely helpful and very knowlegeable about the product i wanted to order, and extremely helpful.

We were shopping for a superking bed due to having two young babies who frequently end up in our double bed. We were greeted on entering the store by Andy. We made chit chat and he allowed us to wander and explore the beds ourselves. I then asked if there were any superkings in stock to see which he showed us the machine that matches you to a mattress and explained that was the closest thing to a superking. He then helped us try out different mattresses until we found the one that suited us both. We were well informed and did not feel under any pressure at all. He was very patient with us when we were debating colours etc.

We visited the store twice Andrew gave us the tour and a shot on the bed that measures what you need. We got to try the mattress's that were suited to us. We went away with all the info to make a decision. We came back the following week and Graeme went through everything and placed the order to our satisfaction . Staff were friendly and knowledgable on both occasions

It was a pleasure to visit this store as we had a lovely welcome from the staff who were very helpful without being overbearing. They are very knowledgeable about the stock and all of our questions were answered and everything was explained clearly. Very professional and friendly.

Hate mattress shopping as it’s such an important purchase and had been putting it off for some time. Decided to visit Dreams in Ayr as had been very happy with service I had received in Irvine last year and was pleased to see the same Sales Person I had dealt with in Irvine. Half an hour later I left the store very happy that I had purchased a new mattress
