Andy was polite and helpful he had a great knowledge of the products and had us try various mattress to ensure we were completely happy. He had great knowledge of the aftercare for the bed and accessories required. He was understanding of our two young children and kept them involved and occupied! A lovely young man with excellent customer focus

Andy and Steve helped me out the day before purchasing and talked me through everything from the mattress to which pillow would best suit me. They were both very friendly and offered me a lot of time. As a result I came back the next day and Andy went through everything again with me and did not rush the process. Would highly recommend!

The attention afforded by Andrew at the Ayr store is to be commended. He was very helpful with hid knowledge and finding me with the best option for both price and more importantly for exactly the comfortable, sturdy, coloured bed, frame and mattress required.

The member of staff (Steve) was brilliant took his time and explained all the different types of mattresses and let me decide which would be most suitable for myself, was very attentive and made the whole experience easy.
