Went to the Ayr store with my girlfriend to buy our first bed and mattress and we had a great experience. Andy the salesman was incredibly helpful and very friendly. Found exactly what we needed and bought straight away. Buying beds should always be this easy!

ISalesperson helped us to identify quickly suitable products. Did not feel at all pressurised to purchase any particular item. Friendly and chatty staff who know their products.

Denise was a very helpful member of staff and very knowledgeable in the products available. I never felt under pressure to buy at any time and she selected a range of products to show me that suited my budget. At no time did I ever feel she was trying to make me purchase the dearest product, she wanted me to purchase the product that was right for me
