The assistant was both informative and knowledgeable about the product she was selling.

I visited my local Dreams store with my 14 year old son, we spoke with Andrew and he is highly knowledgeable, friendly and was superb with my son. He talked with him, explaining what would work for him at his age, asking questions and what my son would like and what he was looking for from his mattress and nights sleep.

Debbie was the lady who helped us during our time in the store. She was so friendly and super helpful to sort me out with a bed that was suited to me. Big thank you to her. Look forward to my bed arriving soon x

Denise, the shop assistant in Ayr, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She catered to our every need and was able to help us choose our new bed while making it a fun and enjoyable experience. Denise was very open about each product and which one would suit our own needs without pushing a certain type. Overall, Denise made our experience very memorable and enjoyable and I would recommend shopping at Dreams with Denise.

The friendliness of the salesperson put me at ease straight away. He could answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of the products I was looking for. Ordering was very easy and straightforward and the early delivery date was excellent. A very pleasant all round.
