As soon as I walked in the store the guy who helped was really friendly and attentive. Offered me to use the system that works out the best mattresses for my liking and then let guided me round them all, before leaving me to go back to any specific ones.

The Dreams member of staff - Denise who served myself and my husband was extremely helpful and friendly. She had good product knowledge and gave us plenty of time to try out the various beds. Denise is a credit to the Dreams Business.

Upon arriving into the store,we were acknowledged straight away with one of your staff. He was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we asked,never pressured us into anything,just made sure we were happy with our purchase and the advice he gave

The members of staff were fantastic, from the moment we walked through the doors we were made to feel welcome in the store and didn’t feel undervalued as customers. The staff member who took us around the store was very knowledgeable and put things simply for us to understand exactly what we wanted to get for our money.
