Andy, who was my sales representative, gave excellent help and advice during my visit to your store. I was guided to try out a wide range of all types of mattresses, without pressure or time constraints, until I chose one that I am certain will give me many years of good sleep.

The sales woman was very welcoming. She was knowledgable in the mattresses that would be suitable for our needs. She did not put pressure on us like some sales people can do. We were happy with what was offered and would highly recommend dreams to others.

We called into the Ayr Heathfield Store and a very professional friendly gentleman called Kieran promptly attended to our needs . Kieran had excellent knowledge of products and was able to advise us the mattress we identified could be delivered in 3 days . Order placed easily and mattress delivered in 3 days by David who was polite , respectful to my elderly father and followed social distancing guidelines with reassuring attention to detail.
