Asad who served us was brilliant with explaining everything to us and helping us find the perfect mattress, he made us feel very welcome and even offered us free water. All the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have helped or made us feel anymore welcome. Very pleased thank you elk mill team!!

Kathrine, who delt with my purchase was vwry knowlegable about all the product. She showed me to the area of beds, which suited my needs. Then i went on the sleep master machine & advised the best style matresses. I chose what suited & felt right for me & was never pressured for a sale. The other staff in the Oldham shop, where also very friendly towards me & other colleages.

There were other customers in before me, but still the assistants acknowledged me. I was asked what type of bed and price frame I explained my needs, it was explained by lying on bed to find the best beds to meet my needs, I was then shown 3 beds needless to say found the bed of my dreams I was also offered a bottle of water whilst walking around the 2 assistants were knowledgeable friendly and welcoming. I'd only gone into look and because of the fantastic service and price I was able to buy. Thank you to a lovely team.

The employees were very helpful on my visit and were very attentive to my needs. They were the highlight of the store aside from the robot which helped to measure your suitability for a matress.

All the staffs were very friendly and approachable. especially Katherine, who welcomed us to the store as we walked in to the store. She seemed to have a thorough knowledge on every items in the store and its usage and benefits etc.. The manager was kind enough to take off one of the fitting charges too. Over all, we were very satisfied with all of them and will go again if we another from the store and also would highly recommend friends and families too. Dileep Mathew
