We were treated with respect, assisted in every way, but at the same time not pressured in any way and made comfortable. All this resulted in us making a purchase which hadn't walked in with the intention of necessarily doing the same day. Excellent customer care!

I am disabled and have to use 2 sticks. The lady moved furniture so we could get my wheelchair through. Nothing was to much trouble

We was seen to immediately, was offered a face mask as my husband hadn’t got one. Cheryl, at the Elk Mill branch Oldham, was very polite, informative with all the mattresses and not pushy at all. We tried 6 different mattresses with which Cheryl talked about giving the full product details and then she left us for my husband and myself to discuss between us. When we choose the mattress we wanted she took us through the process of buying the product. Very simple and all done within 10 mins. We bought our previous mattress many years ago and was very satisfied with it and would only buy from Dreams because of the quality and price.

Greeted on arrival and offered help straight away and option to browse independently first. Did not feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want. Cheryl and colleagues in store were very friendly and gave us enough valuable information to make our decision. Also offered cup of coffee and toy for my baby to play with when placing our order.
