The salesman was able to guide me in which type of mattress would be the most suitable for me by letting me use the machine and giving me a list. He then was able to provide lots of information about each mattress which really helped me in making a decision

Friendly staff ( Cheryl) was very helpful when needed and also gave us time on our own to decide

The sales assistant, Cheryl was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. She wasn't pushy at all and answered all my questions. She offered me a bottle of water which was nice of her and she maintained a safe distance at all times and observed a high standard of cleanliness. She was really friendly too.

The dreaded thought of replacing your bed is a nightmare with the various options to choose from and especially when you've not been well recently. Well it was a dream at Dreams. Rebecca was amazing from the outset, confident, professional but down to earth and knowledgeable of the products that would suit our needs. The whole process went smoothly. Howard was helpful. We used the machine which tells you the mattresses suited to you and Howard then recommended 5, he then gave us some time to look at them ourselves before coming over and advising us. He was very knowledgeable yet was not pushy.
