Very friendly, knowledgeable & relatable sales assistant. Pointed us in the right direction without being “guided” to a particular product.

The lady who saw me was very friendly and helpful especially with my disabilities and took the time to chat and explained the different beds. She even asked me to go this machine that would suggest the type off beds. I went to a few stores and the lady at dreams elk mill oldham was by far the best I can't wait for my new bed and it's all thanks to the lovely lady for helping me choose my new bed a big thank you. The staff were really friendly and made sure we were looked after. We found the product we wanted I'm store after looking online to see the full range. The staff talked through all the available options for products and finance options. I would definitely come back to Dreams for my next bed.

Staff were very friendly, gave us a bottle of water each on a very hot day. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good customer service from store assistant

Friendly member of staff who knew the product and demonstrated the features. She knew the delivery times and prices without referral. She also secured us insurance cover for free after we initially declined it. Very pleased with the product and service. We also had a 1 year old with us and staff did all they could (from a distance) to keep him occupied while we completed the purchase. It took less than 10 minutes which was brilliant.
