Great service and great staff

Clean and safe store and very friendly and helpful staff

There was plenty of choice and I was given enough time to make the best choice for me and I didn't feel any of the high pressure salesmanship that occurs in many chain stores these days in fact it was an enjoyable visit the price was a lot more than I was expecting and hoping to pay for the mattress but as I have back, shoulder and neck pain this is acceptable and I am always shocked when buying a new mattress every 10yrs however the price of pillows was astronomical I thought as I buy pillows every couple of years and bought a couple earlier this year for £30 apposed to £200 for two this time, I actually wanted 4 but decided not to at that price.

Everything well done, felt very safe ect with covid rules but still felt we got the full experience of trying things… Asad the guy who talked us through everything was excellent, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Both sales assistants were completely friendly and approachable. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered their expert opinions for all queries we had. Allowed us the time to really try the different mattresses and discuss amongst ourselves. Felt really well looked after by both ladies and they really wanted to make sure we were making the right choice for us.

The assistant was very helpful and listened to our needs,I am 76 years old and suffer from arthritis the girl was brilliant

Both the Salesmsn - Alpha (sorry If I spelt his name wrongly) and the Manager were very friendly and professional. Made my family comfortable and enjoying the visit. We enjoyed sleeping on the assessment bed.
