The salesman Stanley was brilliant and really helped out. I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation for his amazing job with helping us and really helped us after a terrible experience with another bed company. Great job Stanley keep up being amazing!

My partner and I wanted to find the best possible mattress to suit our needs. Stanley from the Leicester St George’s Store could not have done anymore for us. He saw us trying out some mattresses, instantly came over with pillows to get a greater feel and offered us drinks throughout whilst we found our products. Stanley guided us to a decision using the mattress detecter and shown us the mattresses the device recommended and the ones that Stanley recommended. We purchased pillows to take home and the mattress to be delivered. We haven’t yet got our mattress but we already love the pillows so we know Stanley helped us to make an excellent choice. Superstar!

Stanley was very well informed and put me and my wife at ease. He offered us a drink and spoke to us in Gujarati to explain when the English wasn’t easy for us. We were nervous about our purchase and wondered if we’d be met with pressure to buy. We felt very relaxed and felt free to choose what suited our needs. Stanley helped us identify the best type of mattress we’d need and helped not confuse us with too much to choose from. But we knew he’d show us more if we needed to see a bigger selection. He was very considerate and carried my wife’s pillow up the stairs for her as he could see she’d struggle. He listened and did his best to help. We left satisfied and informed. Now waiting for the mattress to be delivered so can’t comment on that part just yet. Thank you.

We were served in store by a lady named Nirali. She was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I highly recommend this retailer, because after the service we received, we learnt what we needed with the best price and she was with us throughout our visit. She also offered us coffee. We want to thank you for your tremendous service. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.

Me and my wife where served by Anil in the Leicester store, he was extremely healthily and had great product knowledge. He didn’t make us feel forced into buying something and gave us the time and space along with the customer service we wanted to feel confident and happy in purchasing with dreams. I would definitely come back in the future if I have any bedroom furniture needs again.

Anil was very knowledgeable about the products you offer, he was able to help me get the best quality and value for my budget. Tested me for mattress firmness even suppling a hygienically wrapped pillow. He never pestered us while we were browsing and was readily available when we selected are products. Outstanding service
