Stanley the Leicester store was so thorough and patient

The assistant, Nirali was exceptionally helpful. She provided the right level of assistance while still allowing us to browse without pressure. Her product knowledge was great and she offered unbiased advise which was really helpful when we made our choices and decisions. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into the purchase.

Customer service was fantastic. My needs were listened too and all my options advised clearly. The sales assistant was very patient.

We were very impressed with Stanley at the Leicester Dreams Store. He was extremely knowledgeable on products we were looking at and took mine and my husbands needs for a better night sleep into consideration. The technology was very impressive and we left the store following our purchase lighter in the pocket but confident Stanley had found our Dream bed. Very good friendly staff a polite welcome when we arrived,. Offered tea and coffee, gave us good guidelines what to look for , Tried out on the new testing for mattress, Given a few options of mattresses to try. very good sales talk not pushy. Made to feel at ease.

The staff who looked after us was absolutely brilliant

Jerome greeted us warmly as we entered the shop and guided us through the layout of the store and the process of buying a bed and mattress effortlessly. The technology (bed that worked out what mattress you need) used was impressive and useful. Jerome showed us all our options and allowed us to make decisions without feeling pressurised or led in any way. Would definitely recommend, a stress free experience.

I went to so many many different stores to select a mattress and it was a nightmare. However, when i visited Dreams, the staff especially Mr Anil was AMAZING! He quickly established what i was looking for and i placed an order. He was friendly, patient, kind and since my visit, my recommended my mum to visit you. She has been in to order another mattress. She also had a wonderful experience. We will no doubt be buying more from your store, and she rang me to tell me! Mum said everyone was brilliant! Well done, you stand out a mile from any of your competitors.

Ian was very friendly and knowledgable. We went on the sleep mattress first and he advised which mattresses we should test. He was quickly available if we had any questions.
