The lovely lady who assisted in the store was able to find out what things were important to us - in our case getting a real bargain as we are buying our first home! She was able to find us an absolutely gorgeous bed which luckily for us was in the flash sale, along with a super comfy mattress all well in our budget!! We still can’t believe it and are so excited for it to arrive!! We will 100% be returning for our next bed - cannot fault the service at Dream Kidderminster at all!!

Staff were friendly not pushy and we were offered a cup of tea or coffee which was very much needed. Answered all of our questions about any item and sought to give advice on other options in store and online.

Becky was so helpful and friendly, she really made the process stress free and spent the time to help us find the right mattress. After we tried the mattresses we went away to think and I returned to the store to order rather than order online as Becky was so wonderful

The choice I was given for the budget I had was great during the Sale (not the sale sale but the Christmas or new year sale 🤔) Fantastic service, wait until delivery though 😂
