We were shown the options that we could choose from, and the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were made very welcome by friendly and knowledgeable staff member Ian who showed us products to suit our needs. He took time to understand our requirements and suggested two great mattresses, one of which we went on to order. Thank you, Ian!

The assistant in the store was highly knowledgeable and extremely pleasant Delivery period was excellent and the delivery crew were very friendly, polite, helpful and a credit to your company. The communications regarding delivery were second to none there are many companies out there that need to follow your example Top Mark's!

Went into store just before closing at 8pm and the sales lady was so nice she didn't mind staying over to help and guide us through the mattress choices. Was happy to buy and will definitely recommend Dreams.

We were very happy with the way we were looked after, Very pleasant and down to earth no hairs or graces made us feel at home if you no what I mean, Couldn’t asked for better very nice person.

My husband and I only popped in to have a look for a new mattress..Becky made us feel comfortable from the off. She gave us all the information we needed to make the decision to not only look at the mattress’s on offer but purchase the base, mattress and the headboard along with pillows and protector! We are going back in the next couple of days to add the bedside cabinets. Very pleased so far.
