We were shown all of the options in respect of the product we were looking for (ottoman bed base) and all of our questions and queries were understood and answered fully. We needed to make sure that the base was large enough to store our luggage and took the cases in question to the store where we given unobtrusive assistance to ensure that we were purchasing the right product for our needs.

Your salespersons at the store were very polite and easy to get on with at74 yrs I can assure you we take some pleasing but our visit was exceptional

Very personal experience, advisor was able to relate technical product differences to real world experience. Prompt friendly service without applying pressure to buy. Very friendly and approachable sales team with senior colleague representation who really seemed to care about how you felt and what we were trying to achieve. Extensive knowledge and experience of products was clearly demonstrated. Good spread of products on show to suit budget. Overall very happy so far, we didn't plan to buy today but what was offered seemed very good value and exactly what we were looking for so why not. We even bought an additional mattress for a daughter as we were so impressed with the mattresses we tried and additional pillows for the same reason.

Our sales representative Rebecca easily explained technical product functionality to real world experience, was instantly friendly and approachable.

Knowledgable staff who were not just there for a quick sale. Identified fairly quickly my price range and the firmness of the mattress I required and their first choice for me to try out proved to be correct, even though I still tried another 5 for size.
