Fantastic time in store, they were extremely friendly, we had a lovely cup of tea, much needed, Actually enjoyed being in the store and ordering a super king size mattress which when we tried was heavenly to lie on. Can't wait for delivery in March. Regards Anne & Jim

staff were friendly and inviting, we were encouraged to try the mattresses without pressure from staff. Knowledge of the products was good and overall positive experience.

Because Becky had excellent product knowledge and helped us through our selection process so we were able to order the right mattress for us.

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in-store. also listened to our needs. He helped us showing various mattresses so we could choose the right one. He greeted us in a friendly manner and after our sleep match lie down, he gave us the right pillows to help us choose a good mattress. At the final paying part, he made us feel at ease by offering us a drink and recommended the bedcover for the mattresses we chose. We had a very good dreams visit experience.
