Well received by friendly, helpful staff. Offered the sleepmatch bed to find our suitable mattress and then shown to and allowed to try them.

very friendly member of staff. she went above and beyond what i would consider to be a standard level of service. there is another dreams store a lot closer but would return to the Kidderminster store.
