From the start of our visit we were made to feel welcome, the process in place to protect our health was excellent, explained and handled perfectly as we entered the store. The person helping us make the purchase, Brandon, was extremely pleasant, helpful and had a great knowledge of the products. He really made us feel welcome, and was understanding of our requirements and the budget we had to work with. We were not pushed in any way, but given the right advice to help us make our minds up. We will certainly have no issue returning to this store the next time we are in need of 'bedding'. Thank you.

i was looking for a bed within a budget and the sales staff didnt look down on you or ignore you like other stores did so we were willing to spend more on the products than we origoinally bugeted , plus the store we went to kidderminster offered free cold bottles of water in a hot day which i thought it was a nice touch
