The manager was called Jason he spent a lot of time but no pressure to buy we went to the store 3 times and changed our minds he was so easy to talk to

Brandons was very patient and helpful, and we did not feel pressurised at all. The rest of the staff in the shop were also very friendly.

Rebecca was very friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. she too time to understand our needs and explained well the differences between different mattresses quality. i felt really informed to be able to make a decision. very good service.

The whole experience was made great by the lady who served us. I believe her name was becky. If I'm honest if it wasn't for her and the way she delt with us we probably wouldn't have purchased our bed. Very pleased and she is a great reflection of your company
