Jason and his staff are our go to in regards to beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows etc. Excellent product knowledge and always feel comfortable in store with an excellent sales approach by all staff members. Never feel pressured. The way a store should be run. Keep up the good work guys!!

When we arrived at Dreams we were greeted straight away by a man named Jason (I think?). I believe he was the store manager. He was very pleasant and took all of our considerations into account including the price we wanted to spend and what type of mattress we were after. He was really informative and treated us so well. He made the whole experience easy and hassle free. Really recommend people to see him if they go to Dreams.

Very satisfied with the showroom and staff Colleagues were knowledgeable and patient. He gave a lot of information while listening to our needs. We spent over one hour in the showroom deciding upon a bespoke bed. Very satisfied with the overall experience,in store.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products in her store, she was very informative, with what I was looking for and needed. Very friendly, offered both my husband and I a cup of tea. Gave us both time to discuss our purchase without any pressure. She shown us the bed I was interested in on how it is constructed she made sure that the bed was supporting me at the sides of the bed. I purchased this bed because of all the knowledge, gave me information pros and cons of hybrid, memory foam or all natural mateials. Believe her name was debbie
