We were met by Kodey, a very friendly smart young lady. She was in no rush to sell us anything, merely asking what we were looking for and we told her we were browsing for a bed for our autistic son, who we would have to bring another day to buy a bed. One thing led to another and we ended up buying a new mattress for ourselves. We didn't go instore to spend any of our money today but we did and it was thanks to your colleague Kodey.

The sales assistant Kodie was brilliant. Excellent customer care skills, very understanding while dealing with an elderly customer who has hearing problems. Kodie listened, took notice of what she heard and acted accordingly. She has friendly, well presented and a crudity to your company. This was the first time dealing with Kodie and I would highly recommend any one shopping deal with her.
