The lady that serviced my husband and myself was very helpful and understanding what we need due to health issues

Our item was out of stock but the staff member took our details and they checked in with us periodically while we were waiting. They called as soon as the item was back in and could not apologise enough for the delay, which was no one’s fault The process to place the order was straight forward as they had our details from the first visit. Both visits staff were fantastic

I found the staff at the Kidderminster store very welcoming and helpful. I was given lots of information and time plus could try out the new computer to find the ideal mattress. There was no sales pitch just genuine staff who wanted to make sure I found the right bed for me. There were delays due to Black Friday and Christmas but I didn’t mind waiting as not in a rush to get my new bed.

Frances and Jason were really a really friendly and helpful team. They knew exactly what type of mattress I was looking for and helped me choose the right one, they were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.
