Becky at Kidderminster store was simply fantastic I attended on two occasions with my 15 year old daughter to buy her a double bed .Becky was welcoming ,fun extremely helpful in guiding her in the right direction in selecting the bed ,mattress ,fabric types ,different options with styles and then selection of duvet protector and pillow. Becky was like a fun friend to be out shopping with not pushy at all -a good attentive sales person and an asset to your business .Becky made contact with me by phone and text keeping me informed of any progress as there was an issue with availability of the fabric we had selected due to Covid and offers in store .We made our purchase and the whole experience was very positive - I will return to see Becky as my husband and I need to update our mattress.
