Becky was very helpful and explained the different mattresses available. Went on the machine which was helpful In recognising I needed a firmer mattress for my back. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

We had been to a few different retailers before coming to Dreams and had been put off by the approach the sales advisers took in those other retailers, e.g. pushy and wouldn't leave you alone. However, our experience at Dreams (Kidderminster) was a breath of fresh air and ten times better! Brandon was a fantastic adviser and helped us walk away satisfied and extremely happy with our first ever bed and mattress for our new home. He was very knowledgeable, kind and the perfect balance between giving advice and giving you some space to think things over for a second. Thank you!
