Brandon was brilliant, he allowed us to view beds before approaching us with e friendly (socially distanced) smile/welcome. His product knowledge was outstanding and explained in terms we could understand all about the product(s) best fit for my wife and I.The H&S measures in store w=made me feel comfortable and we were even offered refreshments which made a change from other retail outlets. Brandon also explained the benefits of having suitable pillows to go with our bed & mattress and of course we purchased a couple. When my wife and I left the store she actually said what a pleasant experience the whole visit was, we didnt feel as if we were pushed to buy anything and felt Brandon actually wanted to help us. When Brandon asked if we would like to give feedback it was my absolute please writing this. Fantastic service and cant wait for the bed. Well done Brandon, Dreams have a very special employee.
