We came to store 3 times before finally making our decision. Becky was fabulous on every occasion and very knowledgable. She remembered our concerns and knew what was needed. At the end of the day you spend a large portion of life in bed, so I think it’s not something you can make a quick decision

Was greater as soon as I walked in, felt very welcome in the store. I was listened to and my expectations were met. Jason went above and beyond to help me.

Jason (store manager) was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable about the products and guided us through what was on display. He’s such a good salesman that we went in with a budget of £750 and spent £1800! He had a lovely manner and it was an hour well spent.

The manager of the store served me , I thought there was only one type of bed available to me. He directed me to many more I was spoilt for choice. He made me a coffee and made the ordering process very easy and just a week for delivery.

We dealt with Becky at the Kidderminster store and she was very knowledgeable and guided us superbly...very painless purchases.

Jason the store manager and the person who guided us through our purchase was friendly, helpful, did not rush us and offered us tea coffee or water. Took our coats to be stored safely so we didn’t have to keep dragging them about. A great sense of humour and also helpful . He was fabulous

We weren’t impressed with the layout of the store compared with Benson’s, but the professionalism from the staff and their knowledge turned this around and persuaded us to purchase our mattress

Becky and Jason were excellent. My wife and I had been into the store in December and Jason was really helpful at that stage. We then returned in early January partly to take advantage of the flash sale. We were assisted by Becky, on this occasion, and she was really patient. Once we had completed the Sleep Match, Becky went through our various options in terms of mattresses. We were also in for a bed frame and Becky helped us choose a suitable one as well. We ended up choosing a Tempur hybrid mattress with a Divan frame. Two pillows were included and Jason did well for us on the Bed Care package and we got a great deal overall. We are delighted with our purchase and can't wait to have it in our new build house, which is due to be completed very soon. We were very well looked after by staff both times and the initial visit was a big reason we returned. This was in contrast to a rival store, where we were largely ignored. It was a really good experience and we got what we wanted so we would definitely recommend Dreams in Kidderminster to friends and family who are looking for beds or related products.

The overall customer services was excellent, suberb product knowledge, offering us a beverage. Taking care of my partner as he is disabled and was walking with a frame.
