went in unsure what exactly i was looking for and was able to find exactly what i wanted when i left

I shopped with Dreams on recommendation from my mom who has been very satisfied with her purchase. So I wanted to shop with confidence from a bed specialist such as Dreams. However as a student I have a very strict budget but also very aware how important a good nights sleep is. Firstly I was very impressed with the computerised bed which recommends the correct mattress for you, makes choosing much easier, especially when you have so much choice in store! Brandon our assistant was not pushy, very knowledgeable and helped me make a purchase to my budget. I am so impressed Dreams do a student discount, which saved me £100 alone! I did look elsewhere and could of purchased cheaper, by approx £300 but I went for quality of the products, Dreams known as the bed specialists, staff knowledge/customer service and recommendation from my mom. I cant wait for my bed to arrive to make a statement but also a good nights sleep. Thank you Dreams

We were served by Becky, she was a star. We came in and she greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and offered us some complimentary water, she also explained the CoVID-19 safety measures. She sleep matched us and advised us on the best type of mattress for us, explaining that the mattress was the most important thing to get right first. We chose our mattress and she asked what sort of bed we wanted. She asked about what we wanted storage wise showing us some divans both on offer and not, she wasn’t pushy at all. After looking at the divans she also showed us the frame range. Explaining sprung slats, flat slats and the difference to divans. She showed us the bed that we’d been looking at through the window and even got the mattress we’d been matched to so that we could try it and be sure. At the sales desk we started to place our order, and chat, I mentioned my job was police and my partners was ambulance. Becky seemed genuinely interested in US and she even thanked us. She offered us a care plan on the mattress and bed, we opted to go for it, we were given a mattress topper too We’d looked everywhere but Dreams was by far the best

The assistant was very well informed and knowledgeable without any 'hard sell' or pressurising. Good alternatives were recommended and we were made aware of any current promotions on offer at the time of our visit. We were very pleased with the quality and purchases we made and would recommend Dreams to our friends.
