We went in for ideas as we are moving to a new home. Everything was great re COVID rules and we were helped by one of the best salespersons we have encountered in a long while. Kody was young but had tremendous knowledge and wasn’t pushy or overbearing. I have been in sales all my life and recognise a good salesperson. The whole experience was very satisfying and I hate shopping!!

The two members of staff who served us were friendly and extremely helpful in advising us. The explained the 40 day policy and the mattress protection cover.

The sales assistant was very friendly and professional throughout. He had excellent product knowledge and advised us extremely well. He didn’t rush us and let us make our minds up based on the information and testing of the products recommended. An excellent overall shopping experience.
