Cody (Sorry if I have spelt her name incorrectly ) was tremendous. Her friendliness , rapport , questioning of me and my wife and product knowledge was superb. We can tell you invest in quality training of your staff and the product and value for money of the product you sell is terrific. From this and previous purchase experience myself and my wife Rita think that you have bed sales sown up! Keep doing a great job and complements to all at the kidderminster store!

The sales lady was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable she explained everything and overall made the experience pleasant

The assistant Kodey was very helpful. She explained clearly all of the options available in the product we were choosing. She also gave us the time to look around the store by ourselves and approached when she could see we had reached a decision.

The gentleman I dealt with when I was at the store was so professional and friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. I spent nearly 4 hours in store, he was so patient.

Even though the store was busy with customers and there being only one member of staff present, he was very helpful, making sure all parties were looked after. Drinks were offered whilst we waited and we didn’t feel rushed at all with our order or forgotten about when he was another customer.
