Timescale for delivery was quite long, especially when in-store signage gave the impression of pre Christmas delivery

As soon as payment was taken, the young man said, "all done" and walked away. He did not offer to carry the mattress to my 84 year old mother's car. I did manage to carry it to the car myself, but I would have thought the offer of assistance would have been nice.
