Never happy shopping in a warehouse type environment. Salesman did not listen to initial comments - but after explaining this to him he became fully attentive. No complaints.

We visited another bed store next door first and the mattress we bought was similar but was more expensive at dreams.

I missed your 20% offer by a matter of hours and I would be very satisfied if you would apply this to my order

It was a rolled up mattress and there wasn’t one to see unrolled in the shop so a little disappointed on the depth of mattress and comfort if I could of picked one up in store I would of paid a lot more and had a better mattress but ALL others have to be delivered

Delivery time was too long

Saturday delivery charge, I wasn’t told this till right at the end of the ordering process

I was satisfied with the store 6 week lead time was disappointing and was not clearly visible anywhere in the store

Just a longer wait than we would wish for our mattress. The staff were great, store was clean and ordering was easy

I felt they were doing there job as anybody would in this rat race, & every sale is a bonus as I can’t believe retail is easy in this world we live in know, we were told to leave it a week to see if any offers would come on but they didn’t but all in all found staff polite & did the job they are employed to do.

There was only a choice of 2 colours which was limiting.
