We visited Dreams, Bensons & Lee Longlands looking to purchase a bed and mattress. The Dreams sales guy, Chris, was excellent very helpful and friendly. His assistance along with the bed/mattress quality made the decision to buy from Dreams easy.

The Sales man was very helpful and patient whilst I tried the various pillows in store. He got me to lye on a mattress which was firm like mine at home to make sure I got the correct support for my neck.

Chris and Jason helped us throughout the process. We tried out numerous beds and pillows and found there to be a good range to choose from. Chris and Jason were very helpful and friendly, made us a drink, helped us to our car with pillows and sheets. Then Rebecca and Brandon were very helpful after we found the pillows chosen to not be of our liking after a couple of nights and exchanged them without any resistance. Then again Rebecca helped us to the car with the new pillows. Each of the staff were welcoming and helpful thoughout

The sales representative Chris was very helpful - he listen to what i wanted. I had chosen a base but was a little unsure of which mattress would be best - Chris advised me on all the different types of mattresses and their benefits. I am very happy with the advise I have been given. I would certainly recommend the Dreams store in Kidderminster - excellent service and very hospitable.

Jason, store manager at Kidderminster, was extremely helpful. He talked us through each of the different mattress’ and advised us on what would be best for us. When choosing the bed, he asked us what we were looking for and showed us further colour options online when the colour wasn’t in store. He explained everything clearly when we were ordering and went through all the additional options.

Store staff (especially your Manager) were excellent in every way - making my visit almost a pleasure. My niggle was that I had researched your offers on your website; found the item that suited my needs the best, but I would not order without first trying the product out. I made the long and expensive car journey to your Store, asked to see / try the item - to be told it is an "on-line" item only.... Wasted journey... It was only the empathy and product knowledge of your manager that recovered the situation.. You need to improve upon this, Dreams!

The staff member who served me had a good overall knowledge about the products that I asked about. He also took his time showing me various products and advised me on the best ones to buy that were in my budget. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything too expensive nor pressured to buy anything in general which was nice. I went with intentions of buying just a bed frame and potential mattress although I left with the bed frame, mattress, duvet and pillows because I got such a good deal and was impressed by the products. I’ve recently received my order and so far I’ve been really pleased with the quality and comfort of the products. The delivery service was quick and I was happy that I was given a small time slot so I knew when the products were coming and I didn’t have to wait at home all day. The estimated delivery was also the exact time the delivery turned up which was impressing. Overall I’m very happy with the service I received and the items I bought.
