Served by Brendan, very personable and professional, helped us choosing a mattress and offered a reasonable discount for buying bulk. To be honest, I probably wouldnt have brought as much stuff if it wasnt for him. Not pushy at all! Perfect to deal with! Staff make the business for me and he is the perfect example!

I was greeted by Brandon who was very polite and extremely helpful. He did a sleep test to see which type of mattress was most likely to suit me. And it changed my choice of mattress from a very soft one to a medium firm one which was actually much more comfortable. Without being pushy Brandon was really helpful and I have also chosen another mattress for purchase in the near future. Really pleased with the service and the purchase.

Excellent courteous service from the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the products and understood our requirements. This in turn enabled us to be confident that we were making the correct purchase. We were not pressured into making a purchase which enabled us to feel confident in the advice we were given. I had previously had a very bad experience with Lee Longlands and I have made an official complaint. However I needed a mattress so I went to Dreams. I told them about the trouble wih LL. The Dreams store manager (Jason) and is assistant (Brandon) went out of their way to ensure there would not be any problems. It was whilst I was at Dreams I was given a booklet about Tempur mattresses and it was then I realised that I had been mis sold by LL. Jason explained about the differences in the Tempur mattresses. I had made it clear I did not want a firm mattress in LL but was sold a Tempur Conture, which was the firmest mattress by Tempur. Jason explained all this to me and encouraged me to have a good look around and try any bed I wanted - he confirmed that the Conture mattress was the firmest mattress that Tempur make and they later confirmed this. Jason showed me the one that would be best for me,the Tempur Cloud collection with a softer feel, which is what Tempur had told me. As you know these mattresses are expensive but as soon as I lay on the Cloud, I knew it was the right one. I cannot fault DREAMS in Kidderminster..
