Went in to dreams with my girlfriend looking to see what beds and mattres’ We would went and we were not disappointed one bit! Chris the sales man was helpful and not pushy at all and helped us get what we wanted. We then dealt with the manager ( Jason ) who again helped us hugely and even recommended not getting the more expensive bed ( tv bed ) to get the original bed we wanted, he gave us slight discount on it also. He just a joy to be served by, he’s got a great attitude and doesn’t even feel like he’s trying to sell you anything. Throughoutly enjoyed the experience.

Because from the time we walked in we were asked if we needed help, the service was very friendly put not pushy, the assistant Chris was very knowledgeble, patient and helpful making the buying experience very pleasant.

We were unsure which mattress we needed and Chris went through our options clearly. We were unsure due to the high price of the mattress so he gave us the cheaper options available to us. We returned the following week and he was very patient with us but we still did not buy. We went in again yesterday and bought the bed and mattress- the very first one he recommended!!

Good choice of products

The staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

From the moment we walked into the kidderminster store our whole experience was brilliant. We had 3 children with us and it's never easy shopping with kids but they were treated like customers too. While we were trying out mattresses for comfort the children were given colouring to do. Then members of staff were helping them make paper airplanes to take away with them. Chris, our assigned member of staff, was never too pushy and let us make all our own decisions. He gave us our choices but always took our first answer as a given. If i were to nit pick I would have liked our bed a little sooner but that, I would imagine, is out of the stores control. If this is the standard of customer care that dreams offer then well done to the brand, I fear though, that not all stores would be this good so maybe using kidderminster as a flagship for stores that maybe don't get it quite right could be a suggestion, moving forward. Well done the kidderminster team.
