From the moment we (my wife and I) walked through the door Brandon was on hand to help us with our purchase. He guided us through the Sleepmatch and the mattresses recommended to us. He explained each mattresses benefits and left us time to discuss them with each other to enable making a decision. He was able to answer all our questions and once we had made a decision the purchase procedure was simple and easy to understand.

The lay out of choices was excellent, your member of staff was very informative and guided us to the products that met our requirements. We were then able to make a choice without feeling hassled or pressurised. We felt we were treated respectfully and when we needed answers the ember of staff provided very good information. We did not feel that we were badgered or put under pressure like we have in some stores, and this made us feel more relaxed and comfortable
