Very friendly helpful staff over all good service

Becky greeted us and introduced herself, but allowed us the space to look around first before going through the Sleepmatch process. She explained how it benefitted us, provided suitable pillows for testing and then showed us our recommended options. We settled on our chosen mattress, and Becky gave the children colouring to do and provided us with a welcome cuppa whilst we paid and arranged a delivery date. Relaxed, no pressure, and friendly, honest, staff. Thanks for a great customer service experience!

Becky was very helpful and friendly without being too pushy. The options available were good.

Brandon, Kidderminster store, welcomed us as we walked in store asked if he could help. At first we said thank you but just looking. After looking we did need some advise and asked Brandon if he could give us some advise on a new bed and mattress. We were offered a drink. He advised us of a mattress machine that worked out what would suit your needs. We didn't use that as we were happy with his help and advise, we tried a number of mattresses. We found Brandon very patient and helpful to us. Which resulted in us purchasing a bed and mattress. And we got free pillows with our mattress worth £170.00. Can't wait to try our new purchase out once delivered. Highly recommend and will go back again.

What a marvellous experience! The assistant, Becky, bent over backwards to help us find what we wanted. Would recommend the store to everyone looking for a new bed.

Chris, the member of staff helping us at the store was friendly and knowledgeable and was only too happy to help answer any questions we had. We didn't feel at all pressurised at any stage and were given the opportunity to lie on the mattresses that we were considering for as long as we needed, with Chris giving us the space to do this and talk to each other without feeling under any time pressure at all, which was very much appreciated.

Chris who served us was fantastic. We had our two young children with us and they were getting a little restless and over excited as we tried out various mattresses. Chris found them some colouring to do to keep them entertained and then provided us with lots of helpful information on the various products available to us. We were offered tea and coffee and did not feel at all pressurised into making a purchase, even though a sale was coming to an end when we visited.

We were greeted by the store manager who was very helpful and friendly and spent so much time showing us the different options and understanding our needs. We spent a whole hour trying to find our best mattress but he was very patient and not at all pushy. Thank you.

Becky greeted us with a very friendly smile & hello as soon as we walked in the store. She was full of knowledge and listened to what we said we were looking for. Becky showed us various options for matching mattresses and bases in different price ranges to suit our needs. Every mattress we tried she also provided us with pillows that suited our sleeping position. We were left alone to think about our choices after being offered a tea or coffee. We also had a fun experience with the sleep match process. Becky is definitely a perfect salesperson for dreams and will definitely return to this store if we need to in the future and also recommend to any friends or family.
