We went today looking for a bed but no idea what to choose. Chris in the store was so friendly and funny, not at all pushy. It was his laid back personality that made me want to buy a product from the store.

Brandon, your colleague from the Kidderminster store could not have been more helpful. He was there to answer questions and help when required but was not pushy or trying to sell us anything we didn't want. We were very impressed with our whole experience, thank you Brandon.
