Upon entering store, we were greeted by a member of staff. We explained our needs and the staff member explained the mattress designs, pricing and colour coding. We were then left to browse. We chose our mattress and the member of staff came over and explained the make up of it. Highly satisfied with this approach. Payment was an easy process.

Didn’t have to wait to be seen by someone, instead of just showing us the beds he asked us questions to see what product would suit us best

Friendly staff, was offered to try the mattress that tells you what type is best for you. I was shown all the range best for me , even using a different pillow than one on the bed and when I was ready to order I was offered a drink and a seat.
