Excellent friendly staff at Kidderminster store. Knew what they where talking about and didnt rush you. Told us about the different beds we could have in the style we wanted.

I had complicated requirements due to buying a house and the sales team were excellent. There was a good range of beds to choose from. The sales team listened carefully to what I needed. I was given a sleep match which I found very helpful but even then I was not pressured into taking a more expensive mattress than I could afford. I spent over an hour in store, was offered a cup of tea and my so. Was also dealt with with curtesy and with an effective result. Both staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had a good sense of fun. Chris made the experience a pleasure. I am looking forward to receiving the products. Thank you
