Sales Person was 'Brandon'. He was thoroughly professional, polite and easy to talk with. He was able to address a few concerns / questions we had about the bed we chose and also described the differences between our final choice and other examples - which was key to us making our choice and placing the order that day.

The sales man was very patient and understanding whilst I made my decision on which mattress to purchase.

Brandon was very informative and gave us many options to suit our needs . We also tried the sleepmatch which was a big help to choosing our mattress.

Very friendly member of staff, Brandon at Kidderminster, was experienced in the knowledge of the beds. He was very helpful nothing was too much trouble, assisted us in buying two mattresses and a bed and will be going back to purchase another mattress soon. Also while looking around the other members of staff were friendly and helpful
