Very helpful and happy to explain the difference between different mattresses.

Our assistant was simply excellent. She went through all the ins and outs of the mattresses and made finding a new bed and mattress a great experience. She explained the cons as well as the pros which we really appreciated. We were even offered a cup of tea!

Brandon was very helpful at all stages of the sale. We feel we were matched to the product we required quickly with ease due to his knowledge of the products on sale.

We visited the Kidderminster store as in the area, only with the intention of having a quick look. We were greeted by Brandon, who offered tea/coffee and invited us to try the sleepmatch machine as we had no idea what kind of mattress we needed as we had not purchased a bed or matress for many, many years. Once the firmness we needed had been decided he found us around 8 different mattresses to try, was quite amusing to us walking from one to the other with our tempur pillows under arm. We settled on a tempur, pricey but felt excellent and then moved on to bed frames. Originally had no intention of but fell for a king size ottoman bed with TV in the base, very extravagant for us but what the hey. We spent a good 1 & 1/2 hours with Brandon and couldn't have asked for a more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales person. We told him we would be back to buy our sons new bed and mattress from him and we will; even though we have a Dreams main depot literally on our doorstep.

Fantastic care and attention received from Brandon, Sleep Advisor. Brandon is a true credit to dreams. He allowed us time to test all mattresses recommended and gave us detailed information on each mattress. He gave us time alone to think about our choice rather than feeling pressured to make a decision.
