Brandon was genuine, friendly and got straight to the point of the products, no messing around (unlike the usual jibber jabber salesmen). He wasn’t pushy and had very good product knowledge. The IFC was quick and calm unlike other IFC services I have experienced. The IFC made it possible to afford a mattress more worth while.

The lady in the store (sorry forgot her name! blonde hair) was so lovely, went through lots of mattresses with me. Talked for ages about different pros and cons to different ones, really lovely lady.

Becky made choosing a new bed and pillows surprisingly easy. We were very pleased with the process from start to finish.
