The store was extremely clean and we'll layed out with a good display of products, Jason who served us was very pleasant and knowledgeable

Ashley took such care and found us the right bed and mattress for my daughter, focussing on =the area identified, back pain. As my daughter was taking the specialised body survey, I told him I had slept on a board followed by an orthopedic mattress, he encouraged me to try the electric raising frame and I am going back in the new year to get one! The store assistant was very knowledgeable about the products on offer, he spent as much time as we needed showing us around, the store had a good range of products on display.

Jason had the perfect balance of being helpful and attentive without tipping over into being pushy. He was knowledgeable and friendly - so much so that even though Dreams was the first place we had looked, we didn't bother going anywhere else.

The manager was extremely helpful and patient and there was no pressure to make a purchase. He listened to what we were looking for and made good suggestions. We found it a relaxing shopping experience. He also makes good coffee!

Your assistant was a credit to Dreams. I was unable to progress an order on my first visit but despite knowing a sale was not forthcoming she was 💯 attentive. On my follow-up visit (following a shoulder operation) she was again highly sympathetic and understanding of my pain so went above and beyond with helping with our final choice of bed, mattress etc.
