Becky Connor greeted me kindly, offered me a coffee which I accepted, we then went onto the sleepmatch before finding me the right mattress with optional pillows. I was very pleased with my experience. So many thanks to Becky and her kindness

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and curtious. She spent time to explain the options open to us. We are very satisfied the service received. We did have a cup of tea, went on the sleep match programme. We recieved the complimentary pillows. Thank her very much, her name is Beckeyb
