The assistant Becky had outstanding customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We loved the sleep match system and overall had an excellent experience.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, in particular Becky, she was great, nothing was to much trouble for her. We have now received our purchase, a new bed and are very pleased with it.

Becky was really knowledgable, approachable and helpful. We felt like she went out of her way to find exactly what we wanted/needed and educating us along the way. As first time buyers we tend to deal with a lot of sales people who are patronising and try and rip you off just to get a sale. We did not feel this way with Becky at all. She seemed genuine and honest. Alongside Becky was newbie Ian who was really polite and doing well at learning. Becky was training Ian whilst sorting us out and we felt like she was still providing excellent customer service whilst trying to sort everything out. Very impressed! Better than Benson for Beds!

I tried to order on line but the website to order was down so had to go down to the local shop the next day. So glad I did, as the service I received by the manager was exceptional. Wasn't pushy to sell me a mattress but was very knowledgeable in helping me to decide which one was the best for my need. Thank you.
