Becky, the lady who served was very good and knowledgeable about the mattresses in store. We were shown 2 different mattresses and she didn't try and persuade us or be in our face about buying the more expensive one. This made us feel at ease with our choice. Customer service was second to none. Keep up the good work Becky

From the moment we walked in the store Becky was welcoming and knowledgeable.. she was not pushy and we felt that she explained the products and advised us according to our wants and needs. She was extremely thorough whilst maintaining a professional, positive and friendly attitude. We did not feel rushed or pushed into a purchase, the opposite was true.. even the store manager was also very accommodating and friendly.. we came away feeling extremely happy. Becky even carried our pillows, duvet etc to our car.. excellent service all round.. even the coffee was lovely
