Ian served us the first time and although he was new, he was friendly, attentive and had good product knowledge. Rebecca served us the second time and she was very helpful and knowledgable too

Ian served us at the Kidderminster store. He explained he was new there but his knowledge was excellent and if he was unaware of anything he asked a more experienced member of staff. He was very attentive. If all Dreams staff are trained like Ian, you have the winning formula for customer service.

Very friendly man Ian from Kidderminster served us. He spent a lot of time with me helping me decide even though I’m the most in decisive person and probably sent him mad! He showed a lot of patience and I really appreciate the time he took to show me different mattresses to help me decide.
