Outstanding customer service from Becky. She is welcoming, offered us a drink and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products in store. We have purchased a total of 4 mattresses and three bedframes over time and we would not hesitate to recommend Dreams. Becky demonstrated the electric bed showed my father how to use the controls, offered advice in getting Mum out of bed and is genuinely engaged in finding the correct Product for your needs. Very happy with this Dreams store and also other stores we have visited in the past. Wherever you go there is a friendly, knowledgeable person ready and willing to assist. Well done Dreams!

She also kept my children entertained which meant we could shop at ease. She wasn't too pushy with the sale which made it easier for us to purchase from dreams
