My massage therapist (Caylee) is fantastic! She always remembers me, my preferences, and is always on time. After every massage, I feel so much better.

Staff greeted me upon arrival and asked if I needed anything. Therapist is very knowledgeable and provided a high quality massage. She makes me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the session to ensure maximum benefit of the massage.

I love my esthetician, Tiffany. She knows her products and can easily explain how they work on your skin. Since I have been under her care with the Image line, my skin looks better than ever. My biggest disappointment with Hand & Stone is the limited choices of using my points. I always upgrade my facial but I am never able to use my points for that specific upgrade. More flexibility would make me a more satisfied client.

The reception room staff are always friendly and accommodating. Deya, my massage therapist, is amazing, very well skilled and really works hard to meet my needs.
